We are still producing hand crafted cheese, utilizing only the freshest ingredients, 100% Canadian milk, and the desire to create the finest cheese for our consumers. We have strived for a niche in the market place by manufacturing our cheese daily, products like Ricotta, Tuma, Bocconcini and Fior Di Latte amoung many others, at our factory in Toronto.
