This is a semi-soft Italian white cheese made with pasteurized cow’s milk, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride and salt; it has a milk fat of 20% and a moisture content of 52%. Bocconcini is stretched and then shaped into round pieces in different sizes: 1g, 10g 30g, 50g, comes in 125g and 200g containers and wholesale comes in 1.5kg and 3kg pails. All of our bocconcini comes in water. This product has a shelf life of 45 days. Keep refrigerated.
