This is a semi-soft Italian white cheese made with pasteurized cow’s milk, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride and salt; it has a milk fat of 20% and a moisture content of 52%. Fior d’ latte is stretched and then shaped into round pieces in three different sizes; this product has a shelf life of 45 days. Keep refrigerated.
