This is a soft whey cheese made with whey, pasteurized cow’s milk, lactic acid and salt. Ricotta has a milk fat of 14% and a moisture content of 62%. This products shelf life is 45 days and comes bulk 2kg, vacuum packed 500g and in a plastic container with a clear dome lid 500g. Keep refrigerated.
In 2006 International Cheese Company took it’s ricotta to the World Championship Cheese Contest and won 1st place. Our ricotta is known as the best in the world.
